Deposit policies
Payment of the booking deposit is made by transferring to our official PayPal account the sum of 100USD.
The booking deposit guarantees you:
- 1 bed reservation,
- email support,
- drawing up an invitation for the consulate.
The deposit is non-refundable, but is valid for one year until December 31 of the year of payment, with the possibility of changing the date of arrival.
Example 1: You planned to come to us on August 1, 2023, and paid a deposit. Your plans have changed and you want to change the date to September 1, 2023.
Answer: No problem, if you give us 2 weeks notice, you will not have to pay the deposit again. Moreover, you can change the date as many times as you want as long as the arrival date is before December 31, 2023.
Example 2: You planned to come to us on August 1, 2023, and paid the deposit. Your plans have changed and you want to change the date to August 1, 2024.
Answer: In that case, when 2024 comes around, you will have to make a new booking and pay a new deposit.
Cancellation policies
All payments made, including the deposit, are non-refundable. Payment confirms reservation of your spot and organization of your participation in the program, so no refunds are provided regardless of the circumstances of cancellation.
