  1. Interested in learning more about the 8 basic horse stances. I studied 7 star preying mantis many years ago, and have forgotten the correct transition from one stance to another. Trying to get back to the basics (8 basic, eagle claw/hammer fist, 8 chain punch(I have once again mastered this after much practice and memory search) dragon walk(yeah, no idea the pattern anymore) before I move on to what I was learning before I had to bow out due to insufficient finances….Little Open Gate. If you know of a good kung fu school near Longview, TX I would be interested.
